Carbon Project Manager North America (CPM NA) is the premier information resource for North American voluntary and compliance offset markets. In this first version of CPM NA, the information is broken up into three sections: Analysis, Data, and Resources.

Analysis
The Analysis package provides a monthly report summarizing market trends, policy developments, and pricing information. This is supplemented by a daily feed of Point Carbon’s global greenhouse gas market and policy news feed. The combination of detailed analysis and continuous news feeds offers the reader a thorough understanding of the underlying issues and trends in the North American offset market.

Data
The Data section contains the project and market player database. It has three searchable subsections—Projects, Market Players, Contacts—as well as a Statistics section which presents summary data.

Under each Project listing, you will see:

Project Participants divided into the categories of project developer, technology provider, project host, wholesale buyer, etc
Emissions Reductions with reported historical reductions and projections when available
Methodology including standard or protocol eligibility (such as the Voluntary Carbon Standard)

Market Player and Contacts pages include a view of the projects in which the organizations and participants respectively are involved with, along with brief descriptions and contact information for each listing.

The Statistics section creates tables and graphs from the database and summarizes the data in a variety of ways useful for analysis. In this initial version, project counts and reduction quantities by state is available; an upcoming upgrade to the Carbon Project Manager will including annual emissions reductions by project type, projects by standard/protocol, historical price movements, and sales volume over time..
