Conference Streams
All delegates can walk freely between the two different streams during the 2-day conference as long as the stream is not at full capacity. 


Cyber Café
The Cyber Café will be located in the hallway outside of the Westside Ballroom (Exhibit Hall). Computer kiosks and internet will be provided at no charge for your convenience.

The Exhibit Hall will be located on the 5th Floor in the Westside Ballroom. 


Delegate Lounge
A lounge will be provided to conference delegates outside of the Westside Ballroom (Exhibit Hall). There will be a plasma screen set up for announcements, news and for other important notifications.

Presentations
All presentations will be available online after the conference. You will require your username and password to log in to Point Carbon account and download the presentations. Contact conference@pointcarbon.com if you have problems with your log-in. 


Printing and Copy Services
The Business Center at the Marriott will be open for guests to print, use computers, make copies, etc. The Business Center is located on the 8th Floor next to Guest Check-in. 


Registration/Information Desk
The registration/information desk will be located on the 5th Floor. Point Carbon staff will be at the desk throughout the conference to answer any questions. Credit card payments for the conference and workshops can be made at this desk.

It is possible to register for the workshops during conference, depending on the availability. You can register at the Registration/Information Desk. Payment for the workshop can be made on-site via credit card.
