Delegate fees, terms and conditions

To register for the conference, please come to the registration desk on the 5th floor at the Marriott Marquis Times Square. 

Delegate fee per person:

$1045 Standard price (from 15 August 2009)
*Paying subscribers of Point Carbon’s products

NGO/GOV/STUDENT/Non-ANNEX B*
$645 Standard price (from 15 August 2009)
* • For NGO employees and academics: Proof of affiliation must be provided at registration for eligibility. 

• The non-Annex B discount does not apply to participants working in Annex B based subsidiaries of non-Annex B companies. Nor does it apply to delegates from non- Annex B subsidiaries of Annex B companies (i.e does not apply for delegates from Indian office of a British company nor a London office of Indian company). 

• Only one of the above discounts may be used.


Workshop fee per person:
$295 Half day workshop

The delegate fee includes attendance of the conference, coffee & refreshments, lunches, a networking reception and conference documentation for one delegate. Please note that accommodation is NOT included in the delegate fee. 


Cancellation/substitutions
All cancellations must be made in writing. If a cancellation is received more than 15 working days before the conference begins, a full refund, less an administration fee of 20 % of the full price, will be given. Cancellations received between 10 and 15 working days before the conference starts will be entitled to a 50 % refund, less the 20% administration fee. Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellations received less than 10 working days prior to the conference. Delegates can be substituted at any time prior to the event - please notify us before the conference in writing. 

Documentation
In case you are not able to attend the conference, additional sets of documentation can be ordered for a fee of $300 by contacting us at conference@pointcarbon.com  

Programme/venue changes
Point Carbon reserves the right to make changes to the programme and/or venue without prior notice.
