Delegate fees, terms and conditions

To register for the conference, please come to the registration desk on the 5th floor at the Marriott Marquis Times Square.

Delegate fee per person 

Corporate:
$1195 Standard price

PC Subscriber:
$1045 Standard price 

NGO/GOV/STUDENT/Non-ANNEX B:
$645 Standard price 

Workshop fee per person:
$295 (Half day workshop)

The delegate fee includes attendance of the conference, coffee & refreshments, lunches, a networking reception and conference documentation for one delegate. Please note that accommodation is NOT included in the delegate fee.

Cancellation/substitutions 
By completing a registration you have made a binding registration and payment commitment for the Carbon Market Insights Americas 2010 conference. Lack of payment does not qualify as a cancellation neither does a no-show. Notification of cancellation must be made in writing. 

The following Terms and Conditions will apply in case of cancellation:
Cancellations received more than 30 working days before the conference begins, a full refund, less an administration fee of 20% of the full price, will be given. Cancellations received 30-15 working days before the conference starts will be will be charged at 50%. Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellations received less than 15 working days prior to the conference or for no shows on the day. Delegates can be substituted at any time prior to the event by contacting Point Carbon at conference@pointcarbon.com. 
 

Documentation
In case you are not able to attend the conference, additional sets of documentation can be ordered for a fee of $300 by contacting us at conference@pointcarbon.com 
 
Program/venue changes
Point Carbon reserves the right to make changes to the program and/or venue without prior notice.
