Please note that accommodation is not included in the conference fee.

In order to make sure there is a number of hotel rooms in Moscow available for the conference delegates, Point Carbon and NCSF have arranged preferential hotel rates for Russia & the Kyoto Protocol delegates with IntelService Center. Please note that the number of pre-booked rooms is limited, and the best price options sell out rapidly.

You can make a booking with your credit card. If you book via credit card IntelService Center requires the following information:

A copy of both sides of your credit card
A filled out and signed special credit card authorisation form

Please note that IntelService charges you additional 3% fee of credit card processing fee.
