Cancellation/substitutions
All cancellations must be made in writing. If a cancellation is received more than 15 working days before the conference begins, a full refund, less an administration fee of 20 % of the full price, will be given. Cancellations received between 10 and 15 working days before the conference starts will be entitled to a 50 % refund, less the 20% administration fee. Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellations received less than 10 working days prior to the conference. Delegates can be substituted at any time prior to the event - please notify us before the conference in writing.

Documentation
In case you are not able to attend the conference, additional sets of documentation can be ordered for a fee of €300 by contacting us at conference@pointcarbon.com

Programme/venue changes
