Visa information

All non-CIS citizens require a visa to enter the Russian Federation. Please make sure you settle this issue in advance. Even though there are last-minute solutions, normally you would require about 7-10 days to obtain a short-stay visa. Please note that specific requirements may differ in each individual country, and it takes different time to issue a Russian visa in different countries.

Russian entry visas can be obtained at local Russian Embassy or Consulate, proper authorization (invitation) from the Passport and Visa Department (UVIR) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs or specially authorized travel agencies is required. More on Russian visa requirements.

For purposes of providing help obtaining visa support documents for the Conference delegates Point Carbon and NCSF have arranged an agreement with Intel Service Center, Russia’s largest Travel Agency. Complete Visa Center of the IntelService Center is an industry leader in processing all types of Russian visa support online.
