EU Commission postpones CO2 registry update

LONDON, July 16 (Reuters Point Carbon) – The European Commission said on Monday it may take six weeks longer than planned to reveal when work is due to finish on infrastructure to help speed the transfer of spot permits, trade that is currently hampered by procedural delays.
