China’s Guangdong to launch world’s 5th biggest CO2 market

BEIJING, Sept 11 (Reuters Point Carbon) - Southern China’s Guangdong province will next year cap CO2 from 827 of its biggest-emitting facilities, including power generators and manufacturers, as it plans to launch a carbon trading market that will be the fifth biggest in the world.
