Two Chinese firms face CDM tax penalty: govt

BEIJING, Sept 18 (Reuters Point Carbon) - The Chinese government on Tuesday said two companies could be fined for late payment of taxes on income from selling carbon offset credits abroad, including one with a HFC 23 decomposition project that has been issued more than 22 million credits by the U.N.
