Vietnam sets CO2 target, plans trading scheme

BEIJING, Sept 24 (Reuters Point Carbon) - Vietnam has set a goal to cut its greenhouse gas emissions per unit of GDP by 8-10 percent below 2010 levels by 2020 and may launch an emissions trading scheme by 2018, a government official said Monday.
