Rock bottom CO2 price boon or bust for EU emitters

LONDON, Sept 25 (Reuters Point Carbon) - The eye-watering collapse in U.N. carbon credit prices may be seen as a boon for European emitters that can use them to meet this year’s emissions targets, but for some it will be a harsh reminder of failed investments.
