Scandinavian power emissions likely fall as hydro, wind power soars

LONDON, Feb 14 (Reuters Point Carbon) – Electricity generation from renewable sources rose sharply in Denmark, Norway and Sweden while thermal power output dropped last year, according to preliminary figures, suggesting falling emissions in energy sectors in Scandinavia.
