VW Group pledges to cut CO2 emissions as EU debates law

LONDON, March 5 (Reuters Point Carbon) – Europe’s biggest carmaker VW Group has vowed to cut the carbon dioxide emissions of its fleet to 95 grammes of CO2 per km, in line with an EU Commission proposal that has so far split lawmakers across Europe.
