AMSTERDAM, March 7 (Reuters Point Carbon) – Attendance at industry conferences aimed at carbon market professionals has collapsed 90 percent over the past four years, as lawmakers dither over whether to intervene in the EU $148-billion carbon market, creating uncertainty over the future of the world's biggest cap-and-trade scheme.
