US shoulders 30 pct of effort under "fair" climate deal: SEI

BONN, June 3 (Reuters Point Carbon) – The United States should take almost a third of the responsibility for cutting greenhouse gas emissions under a “fair” global climate pact while China, the world’s top emitter, should shoulder a 10 percent share, according to data published by the Stockholm Environment Institute.
