Did you forget your user name or have other problems logging in?

Try the following hints:

• Did you forget or misspell your username (login ID)? User name = e-mail address.
  


• NB! The user name is case sensitive, you need to distinguish between upper case and lower case letters.


• Is the "Caps Lock" or "A" light on your keyboard on? If so, hit "Caps Lock" key before trying again.


• Is the "Remember my password"-option turned on? If so, make sure your user name (login ID) and password are registered correctly. Try typing the entire user name and password again.
