This Carbon Policy Update looks at Programmes of Activities (PoAs) under the CDM and assesses the implications of the draft guidelines and procedures presented last week for CER supply and prices. The procedures are likely to be approved by the CDM Executive Board at its next meeting 20-22 June 2007.
