WTO trouble: Implications for the post-2012 climate negotiations?

The WTO negotiations just stumbled on an issue related to protection of farmers in developing countries. EU Trade Commissioner Peter Mandelson has been quoted as saying could have negative implications for the ongoing climate negotiations on a post-2012 agreement as well.
