Weather Forecasts
Point Carbon receives weather data continuously from both the ECMWF and the GFS, and is known to be one of the fastest providers in turning real weather data into usable forecasts for traders in the power and gas markets. Point Carbon’s meteorological experts use this data with proprietary models to make specific forecasts for demand, supply and hydrological parameters such as inflow and snow based on our in-house HBV models.
